I have been dying to share my collaboration with Blo Dry Bar with you. I think it is pretty safe to say that a great blowout is on almost every girls list... am I right ladies? So when I had the opportunity to be a brand ambassador for them I jumped at the chance!
Last weekend I had scheduled an appointment for early Saturday morning. I arrived early to my appointment so I did have to wait a bit but I was offered a beverage and greeted warmly! Once my stylist became available he greeted me at the front and walked me back. What I loved most about this set up was that in this particular location there were two stylists per mirrored working area. The reason I like this is because at some other places you seem to be all sitting next to one another in a big open area. I loved the privacy of this and that I really got to connect with my stylist.
After we talked over what style I was looking for he headed me back for a marvelous shampoo and condition session! We chatted and found out that we had a lot of things in common, which is so cool! After my hot mess second day hair was washed he began to style me. One of the touches I really enjoyed was how he explained about each product he was using and why, as well as asking if there were any products I wasn't comfortable using! Out of ALL my blowout sessions I think this was the FIRST one where I didn't feel like the stylist was trying to crank out another client.

Along with him showing me products he also explained how he was curling my hair- which has been super helpful this week since I have been incorporating his tips into my daily routine. Not only did my curls last all day but I received so many compliments on my relaxed wavy boho beach waves!
If you have never tried Blo Dry Bar I highly recommend that you do! Their blowouts are reasonably priced at $40.00 for a normal session, and they have lots of appointment time options, however they do book up fast especially for holidays! They also offer add ons such as braids, up-dos, makeup and nails... hello one stop shop for bridal parties!
I honestly cannot wait to go back and try something completely different with my hair! Im thinking braids or an up-do? What do you think?
I hope everyones week has been going well, we are only a day away from the weekend!
