Another Monday is in the books but I am still thinking about the weekend. My weekend wasn’t all that exciting but sometimes those are the best weekends. Friday was a date to the movies; I had promised Ryan we would go see Jurassic World for his birthday…a month ago, so it was finally time for me to deliver. Saturday, we slept in; I made some necklaces that will be on SALE very soon, while Ryan relaxed on the couch. We had some last minute dinner plans with friends at one of my favorite places in Frisco called Mash’d… a Moonshine bar. Not only are the drinks AMAZING (there is one that is just like a Sonic Cherry Limeade! OMG amazing) the food is also delicious! After dinner we headed to Grapevine to celebrate a friends birthday. I opted for this simple but colorful maxi dress and some sandals.
I looked for this dress online unfortunately it is not available, but I did see it still in the store a few weeks ago marked down 65% off making this very affordable. One of my good friends gifted me this dress and it has seriously been on MAJOR repeat. If I own any one clothing item that is a compliment catcher it has to be this dress. Even the really intoxicated lady at the bar commented on how I was still wearing that great dress at least 3 times! (like did she think I would change...or just take it off in the middle of the BAR??)
To finish my look I added my coral bag and a few new necklaces I designed! I am really getting excited to release all my necklace designs on Instagram soon. First of all, I love this look! And totally agree, weekends that I don't have a lot planned are always a welcomed changed and usually end up being amazing!!
